Through Intuitive Eating you will learn to use body wisdom to form new and healthy relationships with food. Develop the skills to tap into and honor signs, signals from your body that guide you how to eat, when to eat, why; learning how to distinquish between emotional and physical hunger. Through this process you will learn to trust your body. You will learn when you are being sabbotaged by your environment or your own thoughts. Your health and worth as a person do not change because you ate a food that you had labeled as “bad” or “fattening” …alleviating guilty thoughts so that your worth is no longer dictated by what you ate.
Responding to body signals may sound simplistic, but it is rather complex, clouded by years of dieting and food myths that are dictated in our culture.
